The appointment ran almost an hour late I was supposed to leave with a disc of my MRI in hand, but supposedly their equipment was not working. I have been waiting over 10 days for my report and it isn’t available. When I try to call during normal business hours no one picks up and the Riesling says to call back during normal business hours.. absolutely terrible

Slow and disorganized. Feels like the DMV. Dirty as well. The saving grace was 5 star service by the technician Josh.

It is impossible to get through and make an appointment or reschedule an appointment... They promise to call back and never do. They cancel the appointment at the last minute... They take advantage of their market dominance and behave terribly
