Rad did an amazing job by tansforming our 80s kitchen into contemporary well furnished kitchen. Rad listens what we want and gave us a design as we expected and suggested what good to have and not compatible with the floor plan. The honest response from a contractor is the best from Rad. Rad committed to his promise and his workmanship during harsh winter are phenomenal. Never said an excuse for lack of parts, delays, or weather. Rad is a pro in quotes, not overcharging and no surprises. What we promised is what we got and also adapted our request in the middle of the process and never hiked the price as regular contractors do. We promised a budget and we got what everything on it and on time.

We hired RadRai Development to add a total of ten cabinets—two sets of four with quartz counters and two laundry room upper cabinets with shelves in our new construction home.
The quality of the work was the best we’ve had out of all the contractors we have hired for our previous home. He was able to match our existing counters perfectly and provided helpful design tips. Every detail was considered and Rad handled all the details flawlessly. We are more than happy with our new sideboard cabinets in the dining and loft areas. The laundry room is better than I had imagined.
He was able to complete the job in a very short timeframe and for a very reasonable price. His team was considerate and cleaned up so well it didn’t even feel like work was being done! There were no unpleasant surprises and the communication was excellent. He checked in after each installer had finished and explained each step to me, which I appreciated. We will be hiring Rad again for our future projects and recommending him to our friends and neighbors.
