My husband and I were introduced to Lori by one of his colleagues, we let her know what we were looking for and she helped us find the perfect place. Working with her was so easy, she was there when we needed her and gave us space when we needed it. If your looking to work with a realtor that is efficient and thoughtful, I would highly recommend working with Lori.

We worked with Melissa Evans-Gray on our home purchase in Big Bear Lake and she was beyond amazing. Melissa knew every aspect of every neighborhood, every property, every legal and zoning issue, every local resource, you name it - just an all-around expert. She was amazingly accessible as we went through the process, and even beyond final closing as questions came up for the area that we are new to. We’ve dealt with countless other realtors in the past, and Melissa stands tall above all of them with her commitment to the process, the client, and the experience. She truly puts herself in the client’s shoes and really works to find “the” home. Two thumbs up.

Tarl Wood was recommended to me by someone whose opinion I deeply respect, and I congratulate myself every day for being smart enough to follow their recommendation, even though he is in Big Bear and my house was in Running Springs. The distance mattered not a whit. I cannot say enough good things about Tarl. He is smart, knowledgeable, thoroughly professional and provides service on a level few aspire to. He literally saved my sanity through what was, for personal reasons, a very stressful move; I don’t know how I would have landed safely without him. He is also one of the few people I trust 100% to have my best interest at heart.
