Came to a standing appointment for my bleach and tone this week to find a locked door and no answer to phones. Got hold of my stylist later to find out that all the syltylists have left (no idea what happened), and Rahma was supposed to let clients know. There was a 4 week period between when they found out and my next appointment, and I got nothing.
Bleach and tone touch-ups have to be done within a narrow window of time every 4 to 6 weeks, and now I'm left in a lurch to find someone else on short notice. Unprofessional behavior from a salon and owner. Will never return as a client here.
