I've used the drive through car wash a few times no problem. Well, today, I paid but it was glitching and didn't work. As opposed to rushing to write a bad review about the machine, I decided to reach out to Karl (Via Facebook messenger--go through their business page)who sent Connor to the car wash to compensate me by letting me go through the drive through again (free of additional charge) this time with a working machine.
My car is happy, I'm happy, and I'm leaving this review as a thank you for awesome customer service. This was resolved in less than 15 minutes. You made my day, guys! Thank you!!
This car wash is a theft market. I have reported him to the IRS and L&I
Absolutely the worst car wash I've ever been to. None of the debit machines or credit card readers work I tried 3 different machines and got the same response.
I will never come back to this place again and I don't suggest you do either.
This is an edit and a follow up.
After trying 3 different machine/ my debit card and a credit card. I noticed this person walking around with this blower on his back doing absolutely nothing. He actually noticed me having a problem and ignored me this was from his own admission. I went out and said to him sir none of your debit readers or cash machines work. I had tried to stick a $5 bill into his change machine and it would not accept it.
He said to me, "oh, well you should have asked? I was over there working next to you and I saw you having trouble."
I was like are you serious none of your debit reader's work and I have to ask you for assistance just to operate your machine how ridiculous and absurd is that.
So it sounds to me like he wants a complete cash business so that he doesn't have to report anything.
After telling him that this was ridiculous he therefore started to flip me off and tell me to go you know what myself.
This man was entitled and did not care about his customers.
