Lightening fast service and professional as they get! Their service tech Nati came out and fixed my broken spring as well as let me know what to do to prevent issues in the future. Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat.

Benjamin from Rainbow was fast & courteous and fixed our broken Garage Door Springs within a couple hours of our initial call. Benjamin clearly explained what had gone wrong, offered multiple solutions to fix the problem and clearly outlined what work was going to be performed. Had a large single roll-up garage door that would break the main spring every few years and I wanted someone professional to have a look since I've done all of the replacements in the past. Technician arrived in a timely manner and explained that my single spring was over stressed. He identified the correct springs (needed two, not one) and pointed out worn rollers that needed replaced. Work got completed quickly and was reasonable in cost. Now that it's been repaired properly, the entire family can rest comfortably for many years to come without wondering when the spring would inevitably break (and cause the door to drop violently to the floor). Great experience overall, thanks !
