We bought a used 10 year old Rainer yurt, and needed quite a bit of advice on repairs, take down, setup etc. We contacted Dana as the previous owners had said how helpful she had been, but we were skeptical she would want to help us as we were not the original customer and we weren't going to be a big source of revenue if any.
We couldn't have been more wrong. I've never had as helpful a customer service experience as I've had with Dana. She is extremely knowledgeable, and actually directed us how to do repairs and replacements locally instead of paying for shipping from Rainer. She's been kind and patient through multiple emails and texts, and truly seems to care deeply about helping their customers. Thank you Dana!!!!
Customer service and final product are both amazing. Replaced existing frame tents and worked with engineers to dial in the dimensions. When the first two tents arrived, they were too big for the frame. Called the sales rep and she contacted the folks on the floor. The resulting conversation was that the material would shrink like 501s. Sure enough, it did and the tents fit perfectly! From initial contact to final product, the relationship and process and product have been wonderful.
I have bought seven tents from Rainier Outdoor and would buy more if I had more space.
