Did a follow up appt for my 3 year old son after being seen at the ER. I am a very particular parent and am very aware of how the medical field works. Anywho, my son had a ruptured eardrum that occurred at the ER. Nothing was done there, no flushing his ears, no antibiotics, nothing. I took my son here to be assessed, At first I was dreading it due to the reviews I read. Well, Iʻm glad I donʻt take others experiences to the heart because, yes this facility is outdated, but it is still maintained well. It was very welcoming upon my arrival. Nurse was great! And the Doctor, that is my kind of doctor, how he assessed my son was awesome, the questions he asked was perfect, his interaction with my son was the best! He diagnosed my son with having a ruptured left ear, right ear is infected, and has bronchitis. Antibiotics was prescribed! Thankyou so much Dr. Pearson! Itʻs always awesome to see a professional also be a human as well. This Māmā is content with u being my sonʻs pediatrician!

Highly recommend, Dr. Pearson is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He is always available and willing to help whenever he can. Any questions that me and my wife ever have he has always given very articulated answers and the reasoning behind it.

My experience with this office was terrible from the beginning. When I called to get my children scheduled, I was hung up on by the front office lady and then lied to when I asked her about it. Please read the other reviews before you go here! Completely rude and unprofessional behavior. I call on a Tuesday and am greeted by their answering machine that they’re closed for the rest of the week. They’re only open when they feel like working and are unreliable when you need them. I’m switching my children to a new office and would highly recommend everyone else do the same.
