I've been renting from Rainier for almost 4 years and haven't had any serious issues. I can't say much about things being fixed or not on time as the complex I live in is under the control of 2 different owners so I'm not sure who's in charge of the actual work. It's been a mess. I'm just glad Rainier took over back in May, otherwise I would've been homeless on a fixed income. The other management company expected a rent raise of $200 for a place that's not even worth raising the rent. As a result almost half of the tenants left. Now that Rainier is in charge everything is back the way it should be. So far all my dealings with Rainier Rentals have been great. I'd rather rent through Rainier than the other management company who seems to be trying to interfere and kick low income single people on disability and struggling families out on the street.
Update: Last year the other owners took over and forced me and my family out.
Rainier Rentals since found me and my family a more stable home. We were there a year until rent went up beyond our means. The year we were at the new place, I can't personally say I have had any complaints. Like all businesses there will be negative and positive reviews. It's all in personal experience. And my experience so far has been great. There's been some miscommunication on both sides but it was quickly resolved. I.d like to say I feel as if I'm a part of their family.
