I had my eyes checked there and tell doctor was awesome, Lisa was very nice! She walked me through the glasses options thoroughly. I was very impressed, i can say I've been there a few more times after my first visit and the cistomec service has always been great, I would say majority who have been going there for awhile are generally happy, are they perfect no but for a smaller place it's quite comfortable. The owner and secretary are quite easy to talk to if there is a goof up.

Iv had a hard time over the years finding a place who spend enough time to make sure my prescription was right . Went in today 4/25/19 on a whim after I felt like my prescription was wrong from Costco . They got me in a few hours later . Everyone was super welcoming and friendly front desk lady had a great personality and was down to earth . Dr turner re did my exam and compared them to the prescription I got from Costco he went way above and beyond trying to figure out what would give me the best vision and best comfort. Iv always worn the same power in each eye after lots of checking and double checking (even taking me outside and checked powers and clarity ) he came to the conclusion I need different powers in each eye and wow it seemed to make a difference . They held up there price They told me on the phone . I couldn’t be more happy thank you guys .

I had never had an eye exam or glasses before. I learned so much from the doctor. Everyone should be getting an exam annually AND be protecting their eyes from screen time via blue light blockers/settings. I did need a correction and unfortunately picked frames that were uncomfortable. They tried adjusting them but the glasses still weren't right. They were so patient with me & helped me try on almost all the frames in the store. Then I was able to take both pairs home to practice wearing. The people here really care about what is best for the eyes. They know that if you don't like your glasses then you won't wear them and that strains your eyes. Thank you Rainier Sight & Sound for helping my eyeballs live their best life! We appreciate you!
