The young lady that helped me decide to upgrade to a bigger unit was amazing.. she was extremely informative, had answers for all my questions, was complimentary, and very easy to talk to. Even her delivery of not so great information, was done so in a way that wasn't rude or belittling. Give her a 10 out of 5 if I could! I highly recommended this facility.

Karen was a amazing. Took the time to answer all of questions. Help with making a decision on exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend if you need a storage unit. Above and beyond excellent customer service.

I've stored here the last 2 years. Not only do I feel like my things are safe, i also really enjoy anytime I've interacted with the office staff. They are so friendly here. And so helpful. We actually spent time considering just downsizing our unit and they were very accommodating in regards to showing up and showing us what options they had available, and in person tours of units that could fit our needs with an easy transition to. All in all, excellent staff, secure storing, and the location for me personally was great.
