I love their products but the customer service is terrible. No one answers you for days. They send incorrect information or missing information in emails. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't even shipped my order yet!!!!! Not happy this time.

I am sensing some internal problems the last few orders. Hope I am wrong because they really do have a great product line.

I contacted RainShadow Lab for custom cream formulas that have been working well for many of my patients for a few years. They sent me a very basic 1 page Non-disclosure agreement. Tracy Griffin (Title: Business Development) signed the NDA. I am not sure if she’s a representative or a manager. I sent them my NDA. Shari Clemente said it would take AT LEAST 6 WEEKS to receive it back from their legal department. Wow, obviously they wanted me to use their NDA. Shari couldn’t even spell my name right and was very unprofessional. I didn’t know if Tracy is an authorized officer to sign the NDA and her actual title in the company. I emailed Shari twice asking about Tracy’s title and showed me proof that she is an authorized officer but Shari didn’t bother to respond to my question. I even had to remind her about my question but she ignored it. She emailed me back saying she has answered my questions in full. Wow, I wasn’t sure if she had problems understanding my question. I also asked for her title. She said she is VP/Head of product development/R&D. In her responding email, VP was not her title. I also asked for her president or CEO to call me but no one called me back or responded to me. I have seen other business development managers sign NDA and they had to send it back to their VPs and presidents to sign them. I don't not trust this company for my formula. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible. There are many good manufacturers out there for us.
