Supplier was out of stock on two items, then issued invoice for an item I was told out of stock. That took a week to resolve. Then was going to be 13 working days production, not 5-10. When I called up to correct invoice and question ship date, Erick who claimed he was the "owner" told me I was very annoying and said no problem we'll just cancel the order and hung up on me. Now my client is without an order.
