I placed a fairly large order for Black Friday/cyber Monday and unfortunately only part of my order arrived. When I reached out to the shop to figure out what happened and to get the remainder of my order fulfilled they ghosted me. There’s been no response to my email or voicemail or DM’s. The most expensive part of my order was missing so this is very frustrating and disappointing. I just wanted to support a small business during the sales but I won’t be shopping here or recommending this shop to anyone.

Owner was very friendly and welcoming. There’s plenty of succulents to choose from and other plants. She also has some pre made “fluffy soil” or chunky soil for a cheaper price and starting out if you dont want to buy bulk and amendments. Support small businesses!!
