After having them install overload springs on my Subaru Crosstrek I noticed a clancking sound on the left front suspension area. Emailed them to tell them about it. The original plastic skid plate on my wife’s 2006 Subaru Forester developed a catastrophic crack that could not be repaired. A replacement with another plastic skid plate was not my preferred solution.
I found the RalliTEK products online and ordered an aluminum skid plate to be shipped to Western Canada. It was expensive, especially the customs brokerage fees, but the quality was worth it.
I had a small issue with the spacers due to physical contact with the exhaust system. A quick phone call resolved the problem by sending me a pair of longer spacers in the mail that arrived quickly.
