Great products and awesome service. Shaquita Jones, in particular, served me very well, assisting me in tailoring and returning products purchased online. She was professional, considerate, and friendly. It is a store that exudes luxury and quality, and I had a generally warm experience visiting there.

Staff is extremely rude and dismissive. I came in to ask about a specific shirt, and the employee gave me attitude as if I was inconveniencing him, probably because I am young. They didn’t have the exact shirt, so I asked if they could order it for me, and he said no (which I know is a lie because I saw it on the website before I came to the store). I’ve been in this store before and the staff has acted nasty and poorly in the same way. Don’t be disrespectful and judgmental towards your customers, because you never know who you are talking to. I will never be purchasing anything from this store again.

I don’t leave reviews often but I literally left this store in tears. My grandmother and I shopped with Abrahim and ended up returning the items. When I came in to return the dress (my grandma had returned the other items) Abrahim proceeded to become visibly upset. He asked what was wrong with me and told me that I had “waisted his time” the day before. I understand it’s disappointing to lose commission. I was a sales associate at a high end boutique. It’s part of the job and you move on. I would never in my right mind verbally abuse, guilt trip a costumer for making a return.
The manager apologized and I literally left crying. The funny part is that my grandmother was going to send him a check for his commission as a thank you for helping him. We will not be doing that or stepping foot in this store again.
