Absolutely the worst pharmacy in LA!!!!! Got cut off or hung up on over 10 times in a row! Unable to fill a simple presciption for syringes. Asked me if my pet was allergic to anything- assuming they meant to the plastic, metal or rubber in the syringes! Incompotent personnel and little to no communication. Can't read a prescription and ask you things they should know or tell you things that are obvious, i.e., "this appears to be from a veternarian...", really?! Wow! Strange "Veterinary Clinic" is printed on the top of the prescription! How did you deduce that Sherlock?!?!?! One of the most frustrating two day experiences I have ever had just to get a simple pack of syringes for adminstering allergy medication to a pet. Wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!

I'm glad that I discovered this drugs store! I wanted to call out to the drug store management. Thank you so much for what you do! Your customer service is excellent! It's amazing!

I wish I could give zero stars if I could but it’s not possible. The pharmacist there Dr Lumpiny (if she even is a doctor) I’m sure will have her license to practice revoked very soon. She has no concept of even the most basic of pharmaceuticals, actually admitting to having the cashier ‘google them’ for her as she ‘doesn’t know, or understand them’ through her search in the system. She withholds non-controlled, life saving medication from patients whose doctors verify the prescription/s and their patient with her. This is illegal. Many, many complaints have been filed from doctors because of her illegal, negligible activity. The distress she causes for doctors and their patients is unacceptable. Please avoid this Ralphs Pharmacy at all costs!
