I've dealt with Ralph's Radio on three occasions now. First time was to get stereo inputs routed and amp mounted properly, second time was for a new stereo to be installed, and most recently for new speakers to be installed. On every occasion the customer and technical service has been excellent. I've been consistently happy with the end product, and impressed with the honest advice and great value.
For my most recent visit, I wanted to get new speakers put in as I had been noticing muddy sound quality. Justin gave me a good review of some replacement options and I was ready for installation. After I dropped my car off for the install, they notified me that my current speakers were aftermarket and 2 tiers higher than the new ones I had ordered. They ran full diagnostics and found no faults anywhere.
After some discussion we concluded that the poor sound quality was from bluetooth playback - I was unaware that would diminish quality. We decided to cancel the installation and I was surprised when they offered to not bill me for the diagnostics.
I switched to wired playback and my speakers sound great again. These guys saved me a ton of money and headache with their diligence, product knowledge and honesty. I have 100% confidence in them and will be back for anything else car audio related.
I’ve brought my cars in for tech upgrades & installation for almost 15 years and I’ve always appreciated the respectful friendly and forthcoming way Cam has treated me. Recently an inexperienced tech did some less than ideal wiring but Ralph’s Radio and Cam did me right by correcting the error. I’ll definitely return to Ralph’s but maybe insist that only Cam work on my car. Thanks Cam, I'm very happy!
