These people are FRAUDS!!!!! I left after 8 hours and am fighting to not pay for the second night (understand I WILL get a refund and it’s nice I’m willing to even pay for the 8 hours there). Shady, shady shady and shame on every travel site that promotes this place. The only photo that represents is the entrance. I’ve contacted local agencies to investigate this place as well as BBB. Yes, I should have walked right back out of room but after a 1:30am check in after late flight arrival and traveling with a child, ubering to a new hotel at 2am wasn’t super ideal. All of these positive reviews are false too. We took our business to the Residence Inn just a few miles away and it was 1 million times better, cleaner, safer.

Nothing worked in these rooms. The T.V. would not turn on. The fridge, AC/Heater would not turn on. The lamp shades by the bed were all cut up with what looked like a razor knife. The walls were covered in blood and God knows what else. The sink had mold all over the walls. The furniture had cigarette burns and stains all over them. I recommend you spend a little more money and not try to penny pinch when It comes to a hotel in kent. They had the worst services. They didn't want to switch us rooms or repair anything that was broke. Shame on these people that run this place.

In this place you get what you paid for. The rooms are old, but they are improving them, and you can rest because the hotel is really quiet. On the other hand, Singh (The manager) is a kindly person, and gives an excellent service. I had an issue with my room and he solved it inmediately.
