After I went through the washing process I noticed some spotting on my F-150 , I spoke to The Head Manager (Yolanda) She acknowledged the spotting issue that I was concerned about and personally stepped up a 100% and took Ownership and addressed the spotting issue and had them removed. My vehicle now looks like it came out of the showroom! We appreciate her efforts to include the great attitude of her Team.. Thanks Again!
