Rancho Grande Markets

I bought meat from this meat market, when I got home open the bag and it didn’t smell good and I knew it wasn’t good because it’s not the first time I cook meat I know when it’s fresh and it obviously wasn’t, so I went back to return in a really nice way because I know accidents happens but as soon as the manager found out I was returning a bad meet he started to be sarcastic and rude saying that there was no need to make up a story about the bad meat and that next time I should just say that I didn’t want the meet I got so upset because he’s a manager and that wasn’t professional at all, I wasn’t going to eat a meat that I knew wasn’t safe for my family to eat, after he told me those rude words he just left me standing there and went to the register in a rude and angry way and just took out the money I had spent and gave it to me again in a rude manner he didn’t even asked me if I wanted to just exchange the meat. He just wanted me out of the store when all I wanted was to just exchange, but apparently him and the guy that work at the meet department got ofenden, they were just rude and disrespectful to me.

They play the best music to shop to. Employees always happy and accomdating. Fruit not the freshest, usually really old, but everything else is good and they have a great queso selection in the back. Very clean store.

I love the pan dulce. The other thing that gets me. They open at six and the hot foods not out and bread is the day before. They start fresh bread at 6am. If you go at 10-12 they'll have fresh bread out. I feel they should come in early to have stuff f ready and fresh. RUDE EMPLOYEES.
