DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AMAZING ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH DRIZLY.COM.
I placed a nearly $50 order last night at around 9:30pm through Drizly.com, and it NEVER arrived.
I'm glad I held back my review until I spoke with a store employee just now.
Andrew, the man who answered my call, knew who I was immediately, and explained that the Drizly driver never arrived to pick up my order which was packed and waiting.
He COULD NOT HAVE BEEN more kind or professional. He went so far as to contact Drizly himself on my behalf and request a full refund of my purchase price.
Hopefully they DROP DRIZLY as a partner and go with Saucy.com.
One thing is for sure, Rancho Liquor just won over a customer for life, and Drizly.com will NEVER see a dollar from me again!!
