I love the nurses and MA's who work here. They are always so nice and accommodating to my son and I know he is getting the best care.

Both of my children see Dr. Kuo. She has been the perfect pediatrician for my children. She is an advocate for them, while also respecting our personal wishes in regards to their health. She always provides ample information for me, and has been a great asset in reassuring me and helping to guide me in regards to my kiddos health. She's kind, caring, and attentive when we are there.

So usually I have a wonderful experience with the Call service people that you usually talk to, the advice nurses are amazing and the Pediatricians are great as well. But this morning, I tried to call to ask about if I could give my one year old daughter some caffeine free mint tea with honey because she's sick and I was talking with one of the call service women, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, just to talk to a advice nurse. I couldn't really hear her that well because one of our phones didnt have good service, so when she asked me who my daughter usually sees I didn't answer because I didn't hear her, she extremely sarcastically and talked very slowly and loud like I was stupid asked me the question again. You know I'm not the type of person that even writes reviews or overreacts about anything and I'm telling you she was extremely rude to me for no reason. To speak as I didn't understand what she was saying does not mean I deserved to be treated like that. Very disappointed in this place right now.
