The staff here is lazy, they don’t want to check your insurance coverage and expect you to do their job for them. Front desk lady asked me to check my insurance coverage when I got to the appointment time. I wasted my whole morning for her to tell me to call my insurance provider to verify coverage.

Dr. Wong is a good doctor, but his office staff is pugnacious and incredibly rude. They blame the patient for everything, make them feel stupid and useless, and are a disgrace to Dr. Wong's work. I don't know why he hasn't gotten a better administrative team, but this is THE LAST TIME I will ever go here. I have never been treated so rudely by office workers in my life. Disgusting and shameful.
