Treats customers like they are dumb. I have used them for years alway pleased with turn around time and quality of item. But I will not use again. Sent me a degrading email message all but calling me dumb. Took me over 2 weeks and a PayPal claim to get my files.

At first I had liked the design, however it took longer than a week to get the design back, did a test run and found mistakes, sent a copy back to them to have corrections made, still had same mistakes when it was returned, then they ignored emails and phone calls. Initially requested the design be done March 2019 here it is Jul 2019 and have still not had corrections completed and problem resolved.

I have been using Rapid Digitizing for several different projects over the last 3 years. I am amazed at the sewing designs that they have been able to make out of the detailed pictures that I have submitted. Each time I am thrilled at the finished embroidery that I can make. They let you know that depending on the artwork it might not be the 24 hour turn around. Even then it is only a day or 2 longer. If you have questions they will respond to emails if you follow the links that they provide. I highly recommend this company.
