Raul is awesome!!! He helped us get a house in the bay area even though he lives in LA, his communication is one of the best attributes he and his team have. They listen to what you really want and he communicates with you all the way. Always had an answer to my questions and if he did not know he researched and gave me the information right away!

People come in and out of your life, some make larger impact than others. Raul is one of the people who has made an everlasting impact on my life as he helped me purchase my first multifamily unit. I randomly met Raul when I came across an open house in the South Central Area in Spring 2019. Within the short conversation he expressed his knowledge and expierence with helping families with multifamily properties. It felt good to have someone hear your goals and validate that they were possible.
South LA is changing especially when it comes to homeownership, and having realtors like Raul is vital. He understands the importance of listening to the client's needs and goes beyond their expectations. I was dedicated to staying in South Central and he helped me make that happen. I am thankful for Raul's patience and dedication as a realtor. He was very understanding when I had questions and made sure to keep me informed about every step of the purchasing process. He excels in communication with his clients and makes sure to advocate for them as well. He shared so much information about purchasing a multi-family residency and I am forever grateful. It was a stressful experience of purchasing/moving/renovating yet having Raul as a realtor made it a great learning experience.
