I ordered this ring from Raven Fine Jewelers and couldn't be more pleased. The ring is absolutely stunning!! It took a while to arrive due to Michael's wonderful attention to fine detail. Michael was amazing in his communication with me on the progress. I cannot say enough great things about the quality of the product and the customer service. They are simply the BEST that I have experienced in the industry. I cannot wait to visit my relatives in CA again so that I can stop in to meet, and to personally thank Michael.

I should have written this review well before now...I ordered an engagement ring from Raven Fine Jewelers last August, and was on a tight schedule for the specific date that I wanted to propose to my wife (she said yes!!). I could have bought a ring locally (in Florida), but Michael's ring design was everything that my wife wanted. Michael came through on the tight timeline that I gave him! He communicated well throughout the entire process, and was always so pleasant to talk to. My wife LOVES her engagement ring, and always gets compliments. I highly recommend Michael and Raven Fine Jewelers!
