Between the "system", doctor and the staff you'll be lucky if you get care. Literally do not care about you. Trying to find a replacement.

Dr Kalwani is the best. He takes great care of his patients and is always concerned for their best health.

Appointment made months in advance. Checked in early as was requested. Waited and saw multiple people who arrived after me get called back before me. There are multiple providers so it didn't bother me but I thought it was weird. Thirty minutes after my appointment time (a total of 50 minutes after I arrived) I asked the front desk staff member who checked me in about it. She went back to check and after another 10 minutes I was told the doctor had to cancel. This is unprofessional. Even if something unexpectedly came up front staff should be notified so people aren't treated like this.
