Bad customer service experience. Service does not match quality of the glasses. Tried to get my glasses adjusted after buying them at this store and left with bent and smudged frames. Disappointed that the company tolerates this type of service.

Terrible customer service. They refused to give me the contents of the box sent from ray-ban corporate, and started arguing with me that the frame sent was not part of the order, despite it being sent that way from Ray-ban corporate.

Agent was rude and was yelling while pointing to the paper, making a scene in the store. Never buying glasses from here again, I recommend LensCrafters, much better customer service.
