From purchase to service, never been more disappointed in any dealership or brand of car! You take a vehicle in with a complaint on more than one occasion and told "we could replace the parts, but it would be with same ones. A waste of money". Did not even ask if wanted the extra diagnostic done before arrival, was called and told was ready. Don't ever get a Ford and especially go to Razzari!

Bought my car back in March didn't have a problem with purchasing my car everyone was helpful and professional.... I asked how long would it take to receive my tags for the car because it had a 2023 sticker and not 2024 they said it would take about 60-90 days... fast forward to May I called to ask about my tags no one knew what I was talking about I had called about 3 times talked to 5 different people . I finally talked to Mark he said he would take care of it I receive a sticker it was the one for the month of September not the one fot the year 2024 so I called back he took care of it I just received the sticker in the mail what made me mad was the fact that they had the audacity to sent it with a post it on it.... so I called back because it was very unprofessional of the person who is the one that takes care of the dmv process to write a note like I was an idiot as if I didn't know that I have to pay for my renewal every year. Its not my fault that your dealership let me drive off with a car that had current tags. And the tag wasn't on the license plate if you would done your job right the first time I wouldn't of had to be calling to get it fix... so please next time check yourself before trying to make someone look dumb!!

I couldn’t recommend going to buy a car here. My salesman was Jalen and someone else. I came in looking for a base eco boost mustang. Right away I knew it was going to be a long day because he called the car a v6 about 5 times in the first 10 minutes. I expressed how I ONLY wanted to purchase a base and did not want a premium. They begged and wasted so much of my time trying to convince me to buy a marked up $42k premium eco boost. They never looked at dealerswaps or when they could get one in. They were extremely pushy and just wanted to get whatever junk off their lot that they could. It’s been awhile but ended up buying a car somewhere else.
