Love working with this company. Loren
Ever since I did a major renovation ten years ago, I’ve been particularly meticulous about choosing a renovation company, mostly focusing on quality, price, teamwork, project timeline, and after-sales service. Before this renovation, I did a lot of homework, got quotes from five companies, and even visited their offices and construction sites. In the end, I chose R&B Renovation Company. Three weeks later, I got a new bathroom and kitchen that I am extremely satisfied with. First of all, I prefer working with a company because there are too many uncertainties with individual contractors, and there’s more to worry about. R&B has been in business for over 20 years. They originally started in Hawaii and now have their own warehouse and building materials in Renton. Additionally, the price difference among the five quotes was quite large, with a 30% range, and R&B’s quote offered the best value for money, with good quality. Their quoting team was also super professional; three people came at once, arrived on time, and the quote was both fast and standardized, making communication very smooth. Moreover, the selection of materials in their showroom and warehouse is extremely diverse, with more trendy styles than places like Home Depot and FloorDeco, saving me the hassle of running around to pick materials. I especially liked their countertops and lighting fixtures, which are currently 30% off — a really good deal. Honestly, choosing a larger company really gives you peace of mind. My biggest fear is that renovation companies would open several projects at once and only come by occasionally. But this time, R&B completed the project in just over two weeks, even with a delay of a few days because the bathroom glass I ordered was delivered to the wrong city. All of R&B’s workers are their own employees, not subcontracted. During the construction, there were always several workers on-site each day, working efficiently and in an organized manner. Lastly, I especially want to thank Master Xie, who is very experienced and incredibly kind. Originally, I wanted to remove the cabinets and install a split air conditioner, which is an extra charge, but Master Xie helped me analyze the pros and cons. In the end, I realized that installing it wouldn’t be useful and would affect the overall aesthetics of the kitchen. His advice saved me from unnecessary expenses — he was so considerate! In conclusion, this renovation experience has greatly boosted my confidence. It's truly unfortunate that R&B doesn’t currently offer garden design services; otherwise, I would definitely have entrusted them with redoing my front and back yards.
