Called to inquire how to purchase a replacement part that broke on my equipment(a mishap on my part). Friendly lady on the other end asked for my address and said they will send out a replacement under warranty. All my RCBS products have served me well otherwise, and continue to do so.

I really never thought I would rate RCBS 1 star, but man oh man am I livid with them!!!! They are one of the longstanding original manufacturers for handloading supplies and I have always thought highly of them, however I received a Master Reloading Kit for my birthday in September 2020 that had a couple important components that were damaged.

Not a big deal, things happen and I wasn't real concerned due to their supposed warranty and customer service, however from September 2020 up to today in almost April 2021 I have NEVER ONCE BEEN ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM NOR HAVE I EVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THEM!

Update 4-4-21:

Shortly after writing this review, probably a day or 2 later I was contacted by a rep from RCBS saying they do not have any records of my previous emails so they were sent somewhere they do not know, however they were very apologetic and offered to make the situation right.

I explained that the hopper and internals of the Uniflow Powder Measurer has tons of metal bur bits throughout I could not get out as well as the case loading tray being smashed on one side.

I just received a new hopper and a new loading tray without question or request to return the old ones, however I did not receive the internal black wheel mechanism that the poweder travels through and measures the amount. This part too was inundated with metal bits. Something to note also is that the finish on the metal base of the replacement uniflow powder measurer is very lightly applied and a lighter green than the pieces you would normally buy. Not a big deal but now it does not match the rest of the kit, more so the actual Supreme Press that it is mounted on.

Overall I am pleased just because I was finally responded to and they made it right. It would be nice if I received the internal black metal bits that measure and distribute the powder, as well as the finish look like good quality normal RCBS dark green finish, but if everything works then I guess its ok.
