Absolutely Horrible Service – Avoid at All Costs!
I had the misfortune of hiring RD Plumbing to install a water heater, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only did they do an incomplete installation, but they also flat-out refused to install essential components that are REQUIRED BY CODE—like the drip pan and expansion tank.
When I confronted them about it, they didn't offer to make things right. Instead, they had the audacity to REMOVE the water heater they installed after being called out on their subpar work!
I’m shocked at their lack of professionalism and disregard for safety standards. They clearly don’t care about doing the job properly or ensuring it meets code.
Save yourself the headache and avoid RD Plumbing at all costs!
I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to justify their actions, but don’t be fooled. Their work was incomplete and unsafe, and they didn’t want to follow basic code requirements. They showed zero accountability and were more interested in arguing than delivering proper service.
If you’re looking for reliable, professional plumbing work, look elsewhere. RD Plumbing is NOT the company you can trust!
During our initial call with Ryan, he was extremely friendly and honest, tried to help over the phone but unfortunately his company needed to come out. Once they came out, we realized it was a bigger task than expected. His team came out the very next day to tackle the big job.
Ryan, Scott and Francisco were amazing. They did an amazing job putting 3 toilets. Ryan came to assist his team. Great team work.
Overall, Ryan and team was friendly, professional, and very reasonable in price. We will definitely use them again.
