When I was looking for a home in the Riverside area, I checked in with Kevin Allen at Keller Williams and let him know what kind of home I was looking for and the price range. He soon had several properties in nice neighborhoods for me to look at. He answered. my questions and helped me understand the ins and outs of the purchase process. Kevin and his staff were extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork signed, sometimes conveniently on line. When the inventory of homes was low, Kevin helped us place bids in the right range. I'd heard how many times some others had tried to get their house, but soon one of our bids was accepted-home sweet home! When it was time to sell, Kevin let us know the items that were necessary and required, and the special details that would attract our buyers. The house sold quickly, and for quite a bit higher $$$ than other sales in the neighborhood. Would I use Kevin again as my agent? In a heartbeat! He's only one for me! Carol Lake Forest, Ca

My husband and I had a great experience with Kevin Allen. He helped us find an amazing home for our family in a great neighborhood!! Throughout our process of finding our home, Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He always took the time to answer any questions we had. We developed a great working relationship with Kevin. He made us feel like he really cared about our family. We knew that he always had our best interests at heart. We utilized Kevin Allen since he is very familiar with Orangecrest area. The decision turned out to be great. The house was sold in a month and the process was smooth.
