This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. I had a a delivery guy deliver the wrong water. When you try to call and speak with someone you get their voice system and no one calls u back til two weeks later. If you send them an email they respond a week later. If you try to message them via their assistant app then it’s a robot auto answer. A couple of my water jugs one time smelled like pee so I had to start cleaning washing the top of the bottles with soap and water before placing in dispenser. It’s horrible. Order from them if you want to never be able to get good customer service.

Delivery is AWFUL but drivers are great (always courteous)! They have canceled/rescheduled delivery twice with no answers on when delivery will be available. Management stinks!!! Why would Costco sponsor such a horrible company for their members?
