Walking into Matthew’s open house last summer was the luckiest decision my fiancé and I have made so far in Spokane! In this crazy market with cash offers coming in $50k over list price, Matthew helped us get a house in our top-pick neighborhood for under list. Through the whole process he has been so patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable and he has all the connections. That’s everything you want in a great realtor but on top of all that he’s also fun to be around! He definitely deserves every 5-star review he has here - here’s one more!

I recently worked with Matthew on purchasing a home in Idaho, relocating from Seattle, Washington. Matthew was always available by phone, text, e-mail, and in-person. Matthew assisted in so many ways during this process. I'm in Seattle and unable to jump in and handle things that needed to be done in Idaho. Matthew met with various individuals during the process for inspections, reports, contractors, even connected directly with my mortgage loan officer to make sure everything that was needed in order to close got done. During my emotional trials due to things taking so long and not physically being in the area, I could reach out to Matthew and he was always there for me with the emotional support that was needed! In addition to Matthew's incredible professionalism, he is patient, kind, knowledgeable, supportive, words cannot describe my experience! One of the best individuals I have ever had the opportunity to work with - I actually felt like I developed a close friendship with Matthew and told him I didn't want to lose touch!

Best Realtor we have ever worked with. Matthew Konkel and the Konkel Group NW were AMAZING throughout our entire home buying experience! The communication from step one to step 12 was superior. He was extremely friendly, helpful in finding out extra questions that we had, setting up inspections, and all out just did an amazing job making me and my family feel as if we were deciding on the best choice possible in which would fit us not only now, but as we grow as a family..
