If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been trying to contact the company concerning the broken heater in our rental house. Keep in mind we are currently in the middle of November- to state the obvious, it is cold. It is getting to the point where we are wearing coats in the house, and the house is getting colder by the day. It is absolutely unlivable. We have not gotten an update nor a phone call back. Their lawful responsibility as a landlord or a service acting as a landlord is to make repairs as needed, and to provide fixtures and appliances necessary to supply heat, electricity and hot and cold water. It will almost be a week since our initial maintenance request. They are legally required to fix the issue of no heat within 24 hours of the request. Avoid at all costs - do NOT rent with them. Hoping you never have to interact with this company.
Edit: In response to the below, we were never made aware of the status of the issue being resolved, including the initial company “dropping the ball.” We called and left messages, to which no one called back. The space heaters and an update on the status was finally given the day I wrote the review. That would still leave us without heat for close to five days. Communication needs drastic improvement. Anyway, thanks for finally fixing the issue and allowing us to have heat!
