Mike is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with. He represented me in a house purchase about three years ago. He walked around the property and he pointed out many issues. He is able to look at a house and explain the structural issues quickly and easily. The house was sound, but he was really knowledgeable about construction, maintenance and livability.
He was not trying to "make the sale" at any point during the process. He was trying to make sure this sale would work for me. I'm happy with my home purchase and I think that Mike helped me to make a good decision.

Mike and his team made selling our house a breeze. We did not know what to expect our first time selling a home but Mike explained every step and had a very detailed marketing plan prepared for our home. The only thing we had to do was keep our house clean and available for pictures and viewing. After finding a large unexpected repair during the inspection Mike was able to point us in the direction of a few contractors able to get the work done in a very tight timeframe. Mike was very knowledgeable, communicative, and had a large network to help get our house sold. We will be going to Mike for any future home sales or purchases!

Mike is the GREATEST! We've bought and sold houses over the years, and it was always a pain until we met Mike. He handled everything for our long-distance sale, including many details that we would normally have needed to pay others to accomplish. He is the consummate professional, handling all of the problems, negotiations, and maintaining clear communications with the client at all times. His counsel is priceless, and he is a great asset to have working on your behalf. I recommend him to all, without reservation.
