Wow! Lori and her team were recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! When our daughter was born I knew we would need to move to something bigger but didn’t know anything about buying real estate. After asking Lori too many questions (which she happily answered) and listening to her podcasts on Spotify we felt like Pros going in to it. We quickly found a house we loved and Lori & team got right to work handling every step of the process while keeping us involved. I would have never guessed buying a house could be such a fun experience with great people.

I have sold a few houses before, but I was never impressed with the outcome until Lori. I can say it was the first time we got well above what we expected and with no credits to the buyers, which is a first for me! Lori takes feedback and your priorities to heart and really makes an effort to make those things happen. I was impressed by how many open houses her and her team did. Her stager also did such a great job that I am sure it made a big difference in our final price. Also, she has impressive digital systems in place to monitor appointments and offers, easily complete our seller's disclosures online, and view escrow timelines and completions. This was also a first for me. Lastly, Lori is a pleasure to speak with and I enjoyed our interactions throughout the process.

Lori is amazing!! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. But more importantly, she cares about her clients and what is best for them. Her experience and insight on how to get your property ready to put on the market is beyond helpful. You can are guaranteed to know she cares because she is willing to assume some of the risks that come with listing your property. I am so glad she was recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending her to someone else.
