I thought Joe was a great counselor, I had some problems with the front desk initially but he was really great about following through with apologizing, refunding my account, and really making our end result a great experiance. I think adding to his great counseling service, his customer service was remarkable.

I would highly recommend Real Life Counseling to anyone seeking counseling services. I have seen a couple of the counselors and they are easy to talk to, relatable, and stay on point... focusing the subject on whats important for your particular issue at the time. I really liked that my personal views and values in life were considered in their response with me each time. My concerns really felt like their concerns too! which is a great feeling going to a counselor.

I had an issue with the online form that resulted in me not being followed up with by Real Life Counseling. However, after my issue was brought to their attention the owner, Joe, promptly and professionally reached out to me and was able to resolve the problem.
