Love the realtor Kellie. She was very nice and charismatic. I felt very comfortable chatting with her. My real issue is the property itself and this is not the agent's fault. I expected a one-bedroom property with onsite laundry and it was neither. It is a large studio with parking and A/C. The agent saw that I was displeased and she sent me a link to look at other properties which I appreciated. The agent is 10/10 but the property listing is a 1/10.

As a vendor for RPM. I only have good things to say about them. They have a very solid team, they really care about vendors and tenants. I've been in the business for a while and RPM Southland in Long Beach takes my number 1 spot to do work for on my list. Thank you Miles, Perry, Shannon, Christine, Kelly and the rest of the team. You guys are the best!

I rented my son's first college apartment through RPM in Belmont Shore. From the first experience I had with the agent when we identified the apartment, through the leasing and move-in and throughout the last 2 years, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone we have worked with has been responsive, on top of things and so professional and the apartment was a safe and really wonderful place to live. The only reason he is moving out is because he is completing his education in San Diego. When he graduates and moves back to Long Beach, RPM will be the first call we make. Thank you, RPM, for making the last 2 years so special in a really beautiful place!
