Looking for a place to call your home is never easy. We had quiet a few boxes to check off and had been looking for a house since January 2022. The house market wasn’t helping when searching for the perfect place to call our own, but John C. made it happen. He provided us with the support and walked with us every step of the way. John is so knowledgeable, provided us with options, and was beyond patient with meeting our needs. We would recommend him to anyone. John helped me find my home 3 years ago to the day. On June 4th of 2021 he handed me my keys for my first home and today on June 4th, 2024 we closed escrow and my house is officially sold! The moment I called him to let him know my interest on selling, he had a plan and made sure that plan followed tbrough from the beginning to the end! I appreciate his dedication to make sure I got the best price for my home. He was there the whole time providing updates and reassuring me everything would be ok. Even though my natural instinct was to have a minor heart attack everytime he texted or called me..lol.. he always reassured me that it would always be good news! Thank you John for all your hard work, communication and being amazing at what you do! My family and I appreciate you!
