Sweet doctor, however have been completely over charged for an MRI with findings and the doctor has never contacted me back on what my next steps should be. Charging around $5,000 for no assistance provided. Last MRI I received from an out of network provider was about $500 and I was provided instructions for care. Penera's office won't even answer the phone, just a runaround pushing numbers until you reach voice-mail.
I am in huge pain and have not been given any advice or been offered a follow up appointment. This feels like negligence.
I have to wrap my ankle every single day. Money and time spent on this doctor's visit was worth nothing to me.
For an MRI done in November 2022, I am just now getting a letter on June 19, 2023 stating they have been attempting to contact me which I know is a huge lie and this letter has only been sent most likely due to me updating this review.
The office is no help. The provider is of less help, unfortunately even though she seemed sweet and all that's left is to file a grievance with my insurance company and take this to the better business bureau.
This has been a terrible and long journey of daily pain.
