They did our engagement and wedding pictures and it turns out so beautiful. We got married 2019 and we lost our wedding pictures. I email Rebecca ask if she still have my wedding album within 2 days she response to me and send me all my wedding pictures. I am so thankful for Rebecca to able to retrieve an old album from 2 years ago. I highly recommend Rebecca and her husband to do your engagement and wedding pictures.
Rebecca photographed our wedding on the most dreadful rainy day, with an injury nonetheless, and she was still positive, humble and professional the entire time! Knowing that she was not going to perform 100%, she brought her husband Alex as a second shooter and we were so grateful that both of them were there because in true Washington fashion, the rain only got worse throughout the day!
We were worried that the photos would not come out well because of how hard it was raining, but that was not the case at all. Rebecca and Alex's techniques, teamwork and commitment to providing excellent service surpassed our expectations.
Even in the most challenging scenarios, where the hits just keep coming, this company provides outstanding service without sacrificing their well-being and the experience for their clients. We are very impressed by Rebecca and Alex and would 100%, no question, hire them again. If you're on the fence, just do it! You won't regret it!
My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with the Rebecca Jane Photogrophy. We first met them at a Wedding Expo at the Kelley Farm. Alex and Rebecca were great from the moment we exchanged emails, to when we had our first conversation over the phone to when we met in person the day of. I was very over cautious and maybe a little annoying at first because I had never worked with a professional team, but I can honestly say they have exceeded any and all expectation I had. When we initially went over my timeline, Alex and Rebecca with their many years’ experience gave me quality feedback and even offered to look over and change the timeline to what made the most sense for not only them but ALL the other vendors. You do not get married every day, so you do not think about these things when planning. I was so thankful for their assistance and feedback. Once you book you get access to their portal where they send questionnaires, so they make sure they are capturing every detail that is important to you. I mean EVERY DETAIL including all the handmade decor that my mom and my friends and I worked on all year prior. They follow through with every thing the day of the event. Make sure you are checking the email you used to sign up with them and responding to the questionnaires and their additional questions or concerns throughout the process. Even when we ran into some issues in the wedding planning process, they went above and beyond with coming up with solutions to aid in our process. Even moving our formal photos to a different date so we could capture the light better since by the time we got married it would be dark. Their nighttime photo were also exceptional! Im in LOVE!!!!! When I say I am beyond happy that I chose to book them, I mean it! I am in love with all the photos they took, with their professionalism, with their kindness, with each of them. They were wonderful. This day meant the world to my husband and I, and they captured everything that we asked for. The photos were beautiful and more than I could even hope for and now we have them forever. I’m so, so, so, grateful. I’m emotional even writing this because they did such an amazing job. I can honestly say if I ever need photos in the future for anything—I will be choosing to work with them. They are the best.
