Absolutely ridiculous. Paid $20 received a receipt that said they were out of change and would refund me the $8 at she’ll. They then told me they would NOT refund me and said they are diff companies. When I called this number the shell employee answered. Basically stole $8 from Me. Told me I could pay an extra $1 for another car wash. Again how is that possible if the two companies are diff. Such a scam

This car wash takes surface dust off and that’s about it, so think of it as prep for finishing up with cloths and polish/wax at home. Takes a long time if there’s just a few cars ahead, enter at right after the gasoline pumps. Do your own wheels with the brush first. It’s very cheap though, even with the wash machine magically “stuck” on the most expensive “Ultimate” wash: it’s only $14.
