They genuinely never answer their phone. They replaced the one person that actually cared enough to do their job in the office. They refused to send me paper bills, but won’t tell me my account number so I can pay my bill.

These guy's must take ass hole pills every morning. Laziest and most unprofessional so called service I have ever seen. I follow every rule to the letter such as proper spacing between the can's and the cars and the mess they leave is disgusting. I guess I should read my contract again because I was under the impression that they are suppose to take the garbage with them. What is the function (malfunction) of the guy in the passenger seat. I am actually paying this worthless piece of crap. If I was working for them I would not be inside the cab at all. I would be walking along side/behind to make sure that all is well. Maybe his job is to monitor the heater and radio settings. At least the title fit's. GARBAGE!

I have always found this company too be friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Whenever I have to call the office with a question the women there are so sweet and informative. The men on the trucks work even on the holidays to keep us from falling behind. They are prompt and reliable and I don't find any reason why everyone isn't completely satisfied with the standards of service with this company!
