Today our recycled driver dumped our blue recycle container into his truck instead of stopping getting out and retrieving the can he compacted it into the back of the truck we sat there and watched it but he didn't know who we were watching. When I confronted him and asked him why he didn't just get out and retrieve the can he said we have to call the office to get it replaced that was his answer. When I explained to him of his it was his job to take care of his customers and to be more careful and not waste tax dollars because you're lazy. He then told me I did not understand what I was talking about yet I'm an 18-year journeyman CDL truck driver in the construction field in the tri counties area. At that point he yelled at me and told me to call the office it's not his problem. I went into the office and filed a written complaint it's drivers like that, that smear and give my field a bad name. Those are not semi trucks they're garbage dump trucks. Yet everybody says "truck drivers". For the record those are not truck drivers so please do not categorize them into my field they have not earned the respect. I guess recology feels like they're the only garbage solution that we have so they can just treat us anyway, sure seems that way. At this point between my neighbor and I we still have missing three garbage cans two green waste that disappeared and one more blue recycling that got crushed in the truck today.

You guys should be open on Saturdays and Sundays, a lot of people work Monday through Friday and can only do dump loads on the weekends... Not saying all day, but some hours on the weekends would be great.. other than that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very poor customer service. Driver will most definitely retaliate if you complaint about them carelessly dropping your bin on it's side blocking your driveway. Was charged for service not received for months. Office staff laughed at me when I informed them that no service could have been provided because the house was vacant before I moved in due to my dad passing away. Manager stop by when I informed them I was going to contact the city department that oversees their contract only to lie and say matter would be addressed. Never happened and was forced to pay for services not received due to them threating to place a lien on property. Then I was told they had no record of me contacting them or coming into their office pre covid when female at counter laughed at me telling her mt dad had passed so no service could have been provided for the time the house was vacant. Very rude and nasty staff. Franchise Agreement should not be renewed. Can be found online. Terms are not complied with and no other company to switch to due to the monopoly granted to them by the city of Oroville.
