ZERO STARS!
A payment was made for my bill one month early. I provided Recology cleanscapes the check number, the transaction number and they have lost my payment. I keep asking to escalate it to someone that can actually help me and they will not let you speak to anyone in billing. They’ve had a Trouble with their technology as you will hear In there message when you call their number.
All I have been able to accomplish through over 12 calls is to make a second payment because I don’t want my service shut off and they can’t remedy this situation.

They don't care about the disabled! On July 11, 2019 they dropped off an enormous amount of cans in a disabled parking space in a free/open to the public parking lot in the West Seattle Junction. When confronted on Twitter, they lied and said the parking lot was closed (it wasn't), and they had no permission to store the cans there.

This company is a complete mess. Their online payment system got hacked, so they withdrew from online payments for a couple of months. Then they got a new system that doesn't show invoices regularly, because it is not consistent when bills get posted. Their garbage guy comes by and puts both the recycle and the garbage in his truck pretty much every week, unless there is a replacement on the garbage truck, then he only does the garbage. The recycle guy never stops at my house, so when the recycle doesn't go in the garbage truck my recycle doesn't get picked up. When I call to let them know, the customer service rep says that I am not paying for recycle, so don't worry about it. Meanwhile my bin is overflowing. They also miss pickups all the time, and when you call, they say that they will give you a credit but they never do. I don't know how to get rid of these clowns, because it is the city that chooses to do business with them, but we as the end customer don't get good service.
