I've been trying to get bags for over two weeks. I've called 3 times, and they keep saying 24-48 hours, yet still no bags. Final straw to post this was just now watching one of their trucks tear through a crosswalk with the crossing light on and nearly run over an older man. Godawful service.

The worst customer service reps I’ve ever encountered. Not only are they not helpful, they’re deceptive, rude and condescending. You talk to two different people about the same issue and get two entirely different responses. What a joke.

I moved in to a new home and ordered 2 bins 6 weeks ago but have not received them yet. I called many times to ask for help since my garage is full of garbage… they could not do anything but let me wait for another week.
