I broke the screen on my laptop which was released this year. Finding the correct part wasn't easy for me, so I am glad I turned to these guys. They had an issue with my part getting damaged in the mail, so they were quick to make it right by ordering another one at no cost to me. All I could say is if you broke your computer, take a deep breath, and call these guys before you freak out completely. They are honest guys, and they want to help. I also bought an external screen from them at a very fair price, and it works like it's brand new. The tech saw the panic on my face, and he reminded me that I can plug in a screen. Thanks guys!

Throwing together old parts for a bare bones computer to study with when I realized I was short two critical pieces...power cord and a couple of SATA cables. Any other store would have charged me at least $15. Ever friendly recycle tech guys just grabbed some a gave them to me for free.

The job took much longer than we were originally told. Prices were very acceptable. PC is back up and running great though. However, the tech tried to hand us back our machine minus our 64gb of Ram. If I had not caught it, we would never have known. Everyone was very courteous but we will not be using Recycle Techs again.
